I’m a Registered Dietitian & former athlete who’s successfully recovered from six knee surgeries.
And along my surgeries, I also uncontrollably gained and lost weight.
I watched my leg muscle shrink to half of its size in less than three weeks.
I was zapped of energy, mentally and physically, recovering from it all.
