It’s hard with your busy schedule, often tired by the end of the day where the couch and a glass of wine is the easier choice rather than hyping yourself up for an aimless workout at the gym.

You don’t know what to do at the gym for strength training so you resort to the elliptical or treadmill.

Why I’m the trainer for you

My exercise focuses are in functional and strength training. I have experience in navigating strength training with limitations of the lower back, knee, hip & ankle. Focusing on stability, and strength of both limbs together and separate.

Integrating movements that target each part of the body for injury prevention & functional strength.

I am also a Registered Dietitian which is many levels up from most personal trainers who claim to be the nutrition expert. 

 I endured six knee surgeries, repairing my medial and lateral menisci, ACL (x3), and a bone and cartilage defect. This resulted in YEARS of physical therapy, crutches, and limitations in the gym.

Not to mention, I had bulging discs in my spine (L3-S1) that preceded the knee saga. I had to roll and crawl out of bed, the lower back pain was so debilitating.

I learned how to integrate functional training, physical therapy, yoga, and core targeted exercises into my routine to heal myself from all my ailments.

I learned what was best for me and found the exercises that targeted the weak areas of my body. I wrote down every physical therapy exercise I was given along the way and the training program timeline. I was an A+ student and now I can utilize this first hand experience to my clients.
