I don’t know how I’ll squeeze it in with my schedule

I work flexible hours 7 days a week to accommodate clients. All appointments are virtual, you can join from your phone while waiting at your kid’s practice or on your lunch break at work.

What happens if I don’t reach my goal within 12-weeks?

In session 8 we will discuss your long-term plan for success. Over the course of the program, you will be working towards habit development to maintain your success and continue towards your goals with little hand holding.

Do you take insurance?

I accept United Healthcare but the program structure will look slightly different.

How do people afford this?

If you value your health, there are ways to save and prioritize. Can we decrease the acrylic nails and eyelash extensions? Can we thrift rather than purchase brand new? Can we skip the family Christmas cards this year? Can we make a romantic meal at home rather than dining out? Can we leave the case of beer behind at the grocery store? Can we make coffee at home? Can we go on a sunset walk date rather than out for drinks? (Hint, the last five are already preparing you for success with me.)

Do I have to follow a specific diet?

No, I create an individualized meal plan template that structures your macronutrients with portion size guidance. Within this template, we create ideas of what you will want to eat to fit that template.

Do i have to buy supplements from you?

No, but there are many essential to the healing process and specific to you that I may encourage.

do you offer discounts or promos?

Seasonally, there will be promotions for the program. I offer discounted affiliate services as well, for supplements and meal prep services.
